On Friday, July 10th, Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church — together with the dedicated stewards of the new parish and church building, and assisted by Fr. Manoug Markarian, pastor of the church, and Fr. Vazken Movsesian — solemnly consecrated the crosses that will be placed in the foundations of the columns bearing the names of the Holy Apostles. This marks a historic milestone for the Western Diocese, under the leadership of Archbishop Hovnan, the new parish, and the Armenian community in one of the largest Diaspora centers in the world. The rising church building is a testament to the strong faith, vision, and the enduring spirit of the community.

More than a place of worship, this new spiritual and cultural campus will include a beautiful sanctuary, an open-air altar for major liturgical celebrations and community gatherings, and an Armenian Day School dedicated to nurturing future generations in faith, language, and heritage.
