St. Apkar Armenian Apostolic Church in Scottsdale, Arizona, was established in 1963 and has served for decades as a spiritual and cultural home for the Armenian community of Arizona. The parish’s present church was consecrated on September 20, 2009, marking a major milestone in the life of the community after years of worship and parish life centered in earlier facilities.
Today, St. Apkar continues its mission of preserving the Armenian Apostolic faith, strengthening community life, and passing its traditions to future generations under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Fr. Zacharia Saribekyan.
