On Monday, June 15, 2026, the Sound of Children Summer Camp officially opened its doors at the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America, welcoming eager campers for another memorable summer of faith, learning, and fellowship. The children were warmly greeted by His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian and the Rev. Fr. Nzhdeh Keshishyan, who joined them in prayer and invoked God's blessings upon the camp's activities and participants.

Following the opening prayer service, the campers departed to their classrooms to begin a program filled with enriching experiences. The Sound of Children Summer Camp continues to provide a vibrant environment where young people learn about Armenian culture and heritage, deepen their understanding of the Armenian Church, and participate in a variety of social, educational, and athletic activities that foster friendship, teamwork, and spiritual growth.
