On January 7, 2026, one year since the Eaton fires, the Sahag Mesrob Armenian Christian School community gathered once more in faith and unity upon its sacred campus grounds in Altadena, CA. Representing the Diocesan Primate at the moving event was the Rev. Fr. Nzhdeh Keshishyan. It was a gathering rooted in prayer and remembrance.
Alumni, staff, and supporters of Sahag Mesrob; alongside members of the Pasadena and Altadena communities stood together in solidarity.
Guided by the leadership of Principal Maral Boyajian, they departed through the gates once more, leaving behind a unified prayer of “Hayr Mer”. A moment rooted in faith, preserved for remembrance.
