Blessing Of The Water Service In Northridge Hospital

On January 5, 2026, the Rev. Fr. Gevork Abyan visited Northridge Hospital and performed the traditional Blessing of Water service. Also present at the service was the President of the Northridge Hospital complex, Dr. Jeremy Zack, who expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to Fr. Gevorg for this spiritually uplifting visit, the beatiful service, and the pastoral care shown for the patients and staff alike.

Fr. Gevork conveyed to those present the meaning and significance of the Blessing of Water, emphasizing its spiritual importance and blessing in the lives of the faithful.

At the conclusion of the service, the blessed water was distributed to the hospital’s patients and staff, imparting faith, hope, and spiritual strength.
