The Archbishop Hovnan Derderian Scholarship Fund (the Fund) is established on the conviction that each and every Armenian Student is entitled to an Armenian Education within an Armenian School. The Fund is dedicated to helping Armenian students in financial need through a scholarship and financial assistance program who intend to continue their studies in an Armenian School. The Fund's goal is to assist deserving students within our community to achieve their educational goals, an objective which has the added benefit of bettering our community at large and developing leaders who are committed to serving both their Church and their people. In short, the Fund's purpose is to insure that no deserving scholar in our community is deprived of an Armenian school education because of a shortage of funds.
