The book is written by Ronald Alepian and was originally published in 2005, the year of Archbishop Derderian’s 25th anniversary of ordination into the Priesthood. The republication is a collection of conversations between Mr. Alepian and Archbishop Derderian and an attempt to understand the thoughts, motivations and lessons that Archbishop Derderian uses in the service of his people. The publication was made possible through the generous contribution of Mr. Berj Richard Svazlian and dedicated in loving memory of his mother Rebecca Svazlian.
