The Los Angeles Council of Religious Leaders met in an hour-long conversation with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, on Tuesday, March 11, at the St. Paul's Commons of the Episcopal Diocese. While the Los Angeles wildfires were on everyone's mind, the conversation extended to the city's major homelessness problem, affordable housing, media misinformation and immigration.

There was a healthy exchange of ideas in a candid conversation that was moderated by Bishop John Taylor of the Eposcopal Diocese. Archbishop Hovnan Derderian who serves as the vice president of the Faith Leaders was at Holy Etchmiadzin attending the Supreme Spiritual Council Meeting, and asked Fr. Vazken Movsesian to represent him at this gathering.
