The Diocesan Primate, Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, paid a special visit to students of Sahag-Mesrob Armenian Christian School at the AGBU Vatche and Tamar Manoukian Center, and the Alfred and Marguerite Hovsepian School of St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church of Pasadena on February 18, 2028.

During his address, Archbishop Derderian encouraged students to remain dedicated to their academic and spiritual growth, urging them to become exemplary scholars and faithful members of the Armenian Christian community. Engaging in an open dialogue, he answered students' questions, offering insight into his pastoral journey and the role of a bishop within the Armenian Apostolic Church.

Emphasizing the importance of faith and perseverance, the Primate encouraged students to cultivate a strong relationship with God through prayer and reflection. His visit left a lasting impression, inspiring the youth to embrace their heritage and spiritual path with renewed commitment.
