The third week of October is an opportunity to celebrate the work of the chaplains at various hospitals. Dignity Health at Northridge Hospital invited local clergy to a "Meet and Greet" to share with them the work of the chaplains and strengthen community relations with their Spiritual Care team.
Deacon Tigran Garibjayan is one of the active and vibrant forces in the Spiritual Care Team at Northridge Hospital. He serves the needs of the large and growing number of patients that seek care at the hospital. Sensitive to the needs of others, Deacon Tigran is always available to tend to the needs of patients at the hospital. Although he is a representative of the Armenian Church, he ministers to everyone at the hospital equally.
At the invitation of the Spiritual Care Department, Fr. Vazken Movesian, along with one of the members of the Diocesan Deacons Council, Hakob Sayadyan attended the Meet and Greet event on behalf of the Western Diocese. The morning event consisted of an introduction about the Spiritual Care department and then a short prayer service offered by the clergy in attendance.
May God bless Deacon Tigran and his God-pleasing ministry.
